Objective of Meeting
The objectives of the meeting were to:
- Review lessons learned from the Roundtable meeting (9:00 am – 12:30pm, plus lunch).
- Apply lessons to discussion of HERA and the Framework
Summary
All felt the Roundtable was a success and “well worth doing”. Some felt it focused too much on the Framework and its potential usefulness in communicating the HERA purpose and value to a non-architectural audience. Others felt that communicating to this audience is critical to gaining broad acceptance of the HERA. The previous second-level abstraction of the HERA into a framework (see Tuesday) was discussed in detail.
Outputs
General agreement that this diagrammatical depiction is on the right track and needs additional analysis to see whether “anything is left out” and that the last day of the meeting (Thursday) should be dedicated to this discussion.
