Dr. Hao Jiankang is Director of Enterprise Architecture & Business Process Management Department, Responsible for enterprise architecture (EA), BPA, data architecture, and IT application architecture, support the transformation planning, EA, and process management functions of the company,and support the development of transformation blueprints and roadmaps and conducts high-level transformation design based on the business strategies and intent of the transformation as defined at the corporate level.
Hao Jiankang has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Since joining Huawei in 1997, he has held the following senior leadership positions: Chief Officer of Quality & Operation Dept , Products & Solutions;Chief Officer of Quality & Operation Dept,Carrier Network Business Group ;Director of Quality & Cost Department of Products & Solutions ;Director of BSS/OSS Product line of Application & Software ;Product Manager of Call Center & CRM, Application & Software Product line ;Manager of Project Management Office(PMO) of Intelligent Network product line ;PM of CTI(Computer Telecom Integrated) Development Team of Call Center Product .
Hao Jiankang received a Ph.D in Aircraft Automatic Control from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics.
