Objective of Meeting
The objective of this session was to provide a progress report on the Intelligence & Reporting Work Group deliverables.
Summary
The session was led by the Work Group Chair Etienne Terpstra-Hollander of Micro Focus. He presented the outline and summary of contents of the Intelligence & Reporting White Paper draft and reported that it would provide a new framework to provide guidance for how to measure service delivery across the IT Value Chain.
Outputs
Session participants provided inputs and suggestions for clarifying or improving some points in the White Paper. The overall result was that participants were very pleased with the content and plan for new guidance for how to do intelligence and reporting when an organization is structured to operate under the IT Value Chain.
Next Steps
The Work Group Chair is returning to the full Intelligence & Reporting Work Group to provide the requests for change and suggestions and plans to enter the White Paper draft into the full Forum review process by next calendar quarter.
