Q: How long have you been involved with The Open Group?

I have been involved as a member with The Open Group for six months so far, although I knew about it before that.

    Q. What do you do, and how long have you been doing it?

I am working in Business and Technology Management for more than 30 years, at executive levels at companies such as IBM and PwC. Currently as a Director at Together Business and Consulting with focus on IT Transformation.  Have performed this work at different countries in Latin America and also in Australia.

Q: Why did your organization become a member of The Open Group IT4IT™™ Forum and what does your involvement look like?

We are helping our customers to transform themselves into the Digital World and found IT4IT an excellent blueprint to frame the IT Transformation.

We are getting involved in the IT Reference Operating Model group and learning from the collective experience of the participating professionals.

Q: How has membership in The Open Group benefited you, your organization and the industry at large?

As I mentioned above, I found The Open Group an independent and unbiased place to interchange experiences and ideas among a group of very professional and knowledgeable people. The Open Group is also a place to help to shape the industry to address the needs of our customers. This is very important when you are in countries like Argentina.

Q: What contributions do you hope to bring to The Open Group?

I hope that I can bring an Argentinian/Latin America IT industry perspective to The Open Group.

Q: Why is it important for other organizations to join The Open Group?
Because it is a great way to learn and contribute to standards and knowledge for the IT Industry in a professional and vendor neutral environment.

    Q: What are your hobbies?

When time allows, I like to do Road-Tripping including some off-road and overlanding.
